Product with tampered or missing serial number/IMEI number/UPC number.
Missing manufacturer tag especially in case of apparel and footwear.
Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

In case we are unable to collect the returnable product from your address, you will be required to courier the product to us. Please ensure that the product is in original and unused condition, complete with the original price tags, labels, original packing and invoice. Replacements are subject to availability of stock with our Business Partner. In case a replacement is not available, we will initiate full refund.
Brandz Cart.com Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on BRANDZ CART within 30 days of the receipt. In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cash back into your BRANDZ CART cashback account. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.

10. Once your return is received by us, you will be reimbursed Rs 200/- towards shipping costs, if self-shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.
If you wish to cancel your exchange order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount in form of BRANDZ CART Credits.
If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies. Any Credits used in the purchase of the Order will be credited back to your account.
